Important Notice

If you have received a hold notice and then been unable to check out the title, this may apply to you. At this time 3M is seeing a small and sporadic error with the email notification to a small percentage of patrons. They are working to resolve this issue and plan to have a fixed implemented in the next update of their system. If you are experiencing this issue, you should check your 'Holds List' within the 'My Books' tab, and you will notice that the book you just received notification on is still pending on the Holds Lists. You won't need to do anything at this time.  We do apologize for this inconvenience and hope the issue is resolved soon.
